This product can be used as a protective covering for Welding and Plasma cutter leads or other high temperature applications (Up to 600 °F (315 °C)) where high abrasion resistance is desired. This can be used as an abrasion resistant exhaust wrap on the lower temperature parts of an exhaust system.
This wick is the standard for fire tool production. It is made from Kevlar coated Fiberglass yarn. The Kevlar provides strength and the fiberglass improves high temperature resistance.
