Contact poi 80mm are perfect for beginners. They are great for learning basic tricks and are ideal for spinning, fast spinning, and flowers. They have similar parameters to beginner fire poi from small to medium sizes. They are great for younger people or girls who don't have the arm muscles for handling heavier balls. For more difficult contact tricks and slow manipulations, we recommend 90-100mm contact poi.
